DOGE announced the termination of a $990k contract between NOAA and PTG International, Inc. for an "Organizational Climate Assessment", being funded by the National Weather Service. The termination was conducted by Angela N. Smith and Jacquelyn A. Shewmaker, who are both employees of NOAA, not DOGE.
