Oh! I've also used the border function on specific layers for dialogue and some boxes, too!

Usually, I just use the grid to keep my lines generally straight, or a brush with high stabilization for the more finished lines. And the hold-shift trick on a fresh layer above the sketch. And occasionally I have just grabbed a physical straight edge and used that (not often but I have)

I've used csp's manga templates, which can keep things organized well but I find them to be a little tedious (and I don't care for the super straight, super clean lines most of the time.)

I've also used different digital tools to make straight lines. In CSP you can just hold shift after making an "anchor" point dot with your brush. There are shape tools and in cap in particular they can be applied as materials so they're easy to manipulate...

You could also just lay a ruler on your tablet surface to get those straight lines. That works
