I don't think replay value should be a major point of criticism of but I feel like replaying Grace's sections would be kind of a slog since resources are so scarce and combat options limited that player expression would be highly limited.

People complained about parts of RE2 Remake and Village being tedious to replay because they're liner stealth sections but those sections only lasted like 20 minutes. The first hour of Requiem as Grace is pretty nothing but stealth.
