An ICE agent shot and killed 23-year-old U.S. citizen Ruben Ray Martinez in Texas almost an entire year ago and hid the shooting from the public.
Itโs only now coming to light, 11 months later, due to Freedom of Information Act requests.
What else is the regime hiding from us?
BREAKING
Former ICE agent:
On my first day training new cadets, I received secretive orders to teach them to violate the Constitution by entering homes without a judicial warrant.

โFor about an hour, union leaders and others gave speeches at the park. The speakers focused on a few different themes, including that the gathering was a peaceful protest. At least one speaker told the people gathered that by staying at the event, the people were committing to remaining peaceful and refraining from violence. A speaker called out these commitments to the crowd, and the crowd was directed to respond (and did respond) with, โI will.โโ Adina R., Oregon City
โAs we walked on the sidewalk on Macadam, we saw a woman walking toward us with an arm crutch. She seemed to be struggling with all the tear gas in the air, and from what I could tell, had nothing to do with the protest activity [โฆ] I saw people completely unrelated to the protest who were out walking their dogs and going about their business, gagging and coughing as they tried to get away from the overwhelming cloud of tear gas.โ Justin S., Happy Valley
We received concerning accounts of federal agents using tear gas on peaceful protesters at the Portland ICE facility last month.
That's why, on Monday, we submitted a court filing supporting a lawsuit challenging this excessive force, with declarations by Oregonians about their experiences.

Another murder by immigration enforcement in my district.
I am absolutely horrified that federal agents are targeting and executing our residents instead of protecting them.
ICE and CBP must leave Minnesota immediately. Kristi Noem must be impeached. Enough.
