Rin imagined a small boy dressed in white, presenting a bouquet of hastily dug up flowers to his regal mother. Would he be touched to know centuries after he departed from her side that she still kept them with loving care? Rin didn't know, stepping forward to take her lord's hand in her own. "Anything Sesshōmaru-sama gives this Rin will be cherished," she says, stroking her fingertips over the back of her lord's hand. She looks up with a smile, "For a moment until eternity."
