No Absolutely No to Redistricting Indiana! Hoosiers are Against This! Vote No! I am writing as your constituent in Posey County to strongly urge you to publicly oppose the mid-cycle redistricting special session, which b we all know is cheating the system. Openly coordinating a map strategy with the President to β€œensure the MAGA agenda is successful in Congress” is cheating. You need to stand against the President and stand up for Hoosiers - we are strongly against redistricting. You need to stand strong and support all Hoosiers first β€” and we all deserve a stable, transparent electoral process that isn’t shaped around a national political agenda. Indiana’s maps were redrawn in 2021 following the Census and updated again in 2023. Nothing has changed demographically or legally to justify another redraw now. When redistricting is framed as not a constitutional responsibility but as a tool to influence federal political outcomes, it undermines trust in our elections process and we all understand the reason behind this - to cheat. If you can’t win elections without cheating- maybe it’s your policies or the people running that are the problems. To many voters β€” myself included β€” it looks more like a coordinated effort to secure partisan advantage ahead of 2026. I believe that legislators and governors have the responsibility to reassure their districts and their state will not participate in the partisan trend. You serve all Hoosiers. I’m asking you to stay strong and provide a clear, public stance against mid-cycle redistricting and affirm that Indiana’s maps should only be redrawn through the normal decennial process, not through political pressure or special sessions.

An Open Letter I'm writing to demand that you oppose any legislative provision that blocks state-level regulation of AI. Congress should be working to protect our safety and privacy from the unknown risks of AI, not prioritizing the self-serving needs of big tech corporations and billionaire CEOs. We do not want a big brother or 1984 situation here. There needs be be oversight over AI and how it is used by the government and private businesses. Thank you for your time and consideration.

An Open Letter I'm writing to express my outrage over the inhumane treatment and disappearance of detainees in ICE custody. I ask that you conduct immediate oversight investigations into these concentration camps to locate the missing detainees and protect their safety and due process rights. I am also deeply concerned about the state and location of the children. It seems like they have completely disappeared and with this current pedophile administration is highly likely they are being trafficked. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Protecting Our Militaryβ€”and Our Democracy I’m writing with a simple request that feels both urgent and foundational: please continue to publicly affirm that U.S. service members must refuse illegal orders. This isn’t partisan, and it isn’t new. It’s the bedrock of military discipline and American law. Last week, several veterans now serving in Congress released a short video reminding service members of their oath and of the long-standing legal requirement to reject unlawful orders. Senator Mark Kellyβ€”retired Navy captain, combat veteran, and former astronautβ€”was among them. Everything he said echoes what’s written plainly in the Uniform Code of Military Justice and the Army Field Manual: following illegal orders is not a defense, and troops are obligated to refuse them. Despite this, the Pentagon announced it is β€œinvestigating” Sen. Kelly, citing recall authority for retired service members. It is extraordinary for the Department of Defense to target a sitting senator for accurately restating military law. Scholars from across the political spectrum have already warned how dangerous this is for separation of powers and for the independence of Congress. And then the situation escalated. The President accused the lawmakers of β€œsedition” and amplified posts calling for their execution. Congressional leaders have already reached out to law enforcement to ensure members’ safety. Whatever our politics, this is not a path our country should tolerate. Sen. Kelly has remained steady, reaffirming his duty and refusing to be intimidated. His message was not politicalβ€”it was a reminder of the rule of law. That is why it’s so important for more members of Congress to speak up now. When only a few defend this basic principle, they become isolated targets. When members from both parties affirm it together, it becomes what it truly is: a shared commitment to lawful military conduct and constitutional governance. In every future crisisβ€”and we all know there will be moreβ€”clarity from civilian leadership will matter. Service members need to hear one unified message: lawful orders must be followed, and unlawful ones must be refused. Supporting them in that duty is not partisan. It’s patriotic. Thank you for continuing to stand firm and speak clearly on this essential principle.

Stop Misuse of FBI Resources and Military Investigations I am deeply concerned about the recent misuse of federal resources in what appears to be politically motivated investigations. The FBI's attempt to interview six Democratic lawmakers and the Pentagon's investigation into Senator Mark Kelly's conduct are alarming developments that waste taxpayer money and threaten our democratic principles. These actions stem from a video in which the lawmakers simply restated existing law - that service members are only required to follow lawful orders, as clearly outlined in the Uniform Code of Military Justice. This is not sedition; it's a reaffirmation of our military's core values and legal obligations. President Trump's accusation of "seditious behavior" and the subsequent investigations are clear attempts to intimidate elected officials who are fulfilling their duty to uphold the Constitution. This misuse of federal agencies for political purposes is not only a waste of taxpayer resources but also a dangerous precedent that undermines the separation of powers. The Pentagon's threat to recall Senator Kelly, a retired astronaut and Navy captain, for potential court martial is particularly egregious. This action could deprive Arizona of its elected representation in the Senate and serves no legitimate military or national security purpose. I urge you to take immediate action to halt these wasteful and politically motivated investigations. Call for an inquiry into the misuse of FBI and Pentagon resources for what appears to be political retaliation. Demand transparency about the decision-making process that led to these actions and work to ensure that our federal agencies remain independent and free from political manipulation. Our tax dollars should be spent on addressing real national security threats and improving the lives of Americans, not on intimidating lawmakers who are exercising their First Amendment rights and fulfilling their sworn duty to the Constitution. The integrity of our democratic institutions is at stake, and your swift action on this matter is crucial.

Speak up now against Trump’s abuse of power before it’s too late! What is happening in this country is not leadership β€” it is raw intimidation dressed up as politics. When a president or any powerful figure openly wages war on anyone who dares to disagree, we are no longer dealing with healthy democratic debate. We are staring straight into the face of authoritarian behavior. Former allies who once stood shoulder-to-shoulder with him are now treated like traitors simply for telling the truth. Public servants who dedicated their lives to this country β€” astronauts, veterans, career officials β€” are smeared, degraded, and even told they should be harmed. This is not politics. This is a threat to the very idea of America. And let’s be honest: once a leader embraces vengeance and public humiliation as governing tools, no one is safe. Today’s targets are outspoken Republicans and patriotic Americans who refuse to kneel. Tomorrow’s targets could be anyone who hesitates, anyone who questions, anyone who refuses to bow to the rage of the moment. Silence is not safety. Silence is surrender. If we want a country where dissent is allowed, where truth matters, where power is checked rather than worshiped, then people must speak up β€” loudly, unapologetically, and immediately. Abuse of power does not fade on its own. It grows until someone has the courage to stop it. This is that moment. Stand up. Speak out. Draw the line. Because once tyranny takes root, it never stops at someone else β€” it eventually comes for you.

Impeach. Remove. Convict Trump - The time to save our Democracy is NOW! PETITION TO IMPEACH, REMOVE, AND CONVICT DONALD J. TRUMP To my Members of Congress and the United States Senate, I am writing to urge you to immediately act on the Articles of Impeachment introduced by Congressman Al Green, and to proceed with the constitutional processes of impeachment, removal, and conviction of Donald J. Trump for the ongoing and escalating damage he has inflicted on our democracy, our institutions, and the safety of the American people. Congressman Al Green’s Articles of Impeachment outline a long and troubling pattern of conduct, including: β€’ Incitement of insurrection, the encouragement of political violence, and ongoing support for individuals convicted of attacking the United States Capitol β€’ Abuse of power and violation of the public trust β€’ Racially divisive, bigoted, and discriminatory rhetoric incompatible with the constitutional responsibilities of the office β€’ Obstruction of justice β€’ Undermining democratic processes, threatening the peaceful transfer of power, and eroding faith in elections These articles serve as a factual, legislative foundation. They document conduct that endangers American democracy, violates constitutional duties, and demonstrates a willingness to place personal power above the rule of law. Today, these concerns are not historical β€” they are ongoing, worsening, and actively harming the country. Donald Trump continues to: β€’ Openly glorify political violence β€’ Encourage the targeting of American citizens and political opponents β€’ Undermine our election system β€’ Signal support for dismantling constitutional limits on presidential power β€’ Surround himself with individuals involved in extremism, fraud, and authoritarian movements This behavior is dangerous, destabilizing, and incompatible with democratic governance. Impeachment is not merely a punishment. It is a constitutional safeguard. It exists to protect the nation from those who threaten our system of government. I respectfully call on you to: 1. Reintroduce and advance the impeachment resolutions authored by Rep. Al Green as the basis for new proceedings 2. Hold public hearings to present the evidence clearly to the American people 3. Vote to impeach in the House 4. Vote to convict and disqualify in the Senate, ensuring that Donald Trump can never again hold public office or endanger our country The threat to democracy is not abstract. It is real, immediate, and consequential. The Constitution provides remedies β€” and now is the time for Congress to use them. I am asking you, as my elected representatives, to defend the Republic, uphold your oath, and act. Thank you.

Demand Action to Defend the Rule of Law! Stop Political Attacks on Our Military I’m writing to insist that you publicly call for an end to the baseless attacks and β€œwitch hunt” against Democrats who are reminding our servicemembers of their lawful rights and obligations under the Constitution. It is essentialβ€”not optionalβ€”that elected officials affirm that U.S. military personnel must never follow illegal orders. That is core military ethics. The attempt to investigate Senator Mark Kelly for β€œsedition” is especially offensive and absurd. Senator Kelly is a Navy combat pilot and astronaut who has lived the principles of military integrity his entire life. He reminded servicemembers of their rightsβ€”something every ethical leader should do. Meanwhile, it was Donald Trump who incited and orchestrated an attack on the U.S. Capitol. Turning the accusation of β€œsedition” against an honorable senator is a grotesque inversion of reality. No American should be attacked by the presidentβ€”or by anyone in elected officeβ€”for stating the truth: that our troops have rights, that unlawful orders must be refused, and that the Constitution comes before any individual. I am demanding that you take a clear public stand: β€’ Defend the rule of law and the ethical codes of the U.S. armed forces. β€’ Publicly condemn the attacks on Senator Mark Kelly. β€’ Denounce Trump’s misuse of the military and his attempts to intimidate those who uphold constitutional limits. β€’ Reject political retaliation against anyone who affirms that troops must refuse unlawful orders. This moment demands courage. Silence is complicity. I expect your public response.

Fight for education to keep our communities healthy As a mother and nurse, I am truly concerned about the Department of Educations recent actions. This is in regards to declassifiying certain healthcare positions as "non-professional". This will lead to less people being able to receive higher education in these fields. But more importantly, this will damage the health of our communities. All of these jobs are the backbone of our healthcare system, and without them it will crumble. Protect Trans Healthcare in ACA Subsidy Negotiations I am deeply concerned about recent efforts to include anti-transgender provisions in negotiations over extending Affordable Care Act (ACA) subsidies. As your constituent, I urge you to stand firmly against any attempts to use trans healthcare as a bargaining chip in these discussions. The proposal to bar federal dollars from covering gender-affirming care in ACA-subsidized plans is not just a policy issueβ€”it's a matter of life and death for many in our community. These subsidies currently cover about 20 million Americans, including lower and middle-income families. Restricting access to essential gender-affirming care for transgender individuals relying on these plans would have devastating consequences. This is not a theoretical concern. We've already seen attempts to include similar anti-transgender measures in recent legislative negotiations, such as those surrounding the government shutdown. While the short-term continuing resolution (CR) thankfully did not include these harmful provisions, the fact that they continue to be proposed is deeply troubling. The impact of such restrictions would be far-reaching. Not only would it severely limit access to necessary medical care for transgender individuals, but it could also create conflicts with state laws that require coverage of gender-affirming care. This would put transgender people in an impossible position, forced to choose between affordable health coverage and the care they need to live authentically. I implore you to take a strong stance against any ACA subsidy deal that contains anti-transgender provisions. Our healthcare should not be used as a political bargaining tool. Trans lives are not negotiable. As your constituent, I ask you to publicly commit to protecting transgender rights and healthcare access in all upcoming negotiations. The decisions made now will have long-lasting effects on the lives of transgender Americans. Please stand up for equality, dignity, and the right to necessary medical care for all your constituents, regardless of their gender identity. Our community is watching, and we're counting on your leadership to protect our fundamental rights.

Condemn Pardon of Nursing Home Fraudster Joseph Schwartz I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding President Trump's recent pardon of Joseph Schwartz, the former owner of Skyline Healthcare nursing home chain. This decision, made on November 14, 2025, has effectively erased Schwartz's three-year prison sentence, $100,000 fine, and $5 million in restitution for a $38 million employment tax fraud scheme. The scale and nature of Schwartz's crimes are staggering. He diverted payroll taxes meant for the IRS and mismanaged employee 401(k) plans, actions that directly harmed thousands of hardworking Americans. At its peak, Skyline Healthcare operated 95 nursing homes across 11 states. The collapse of this enterprise put 15,000 employees and 7,000 vulnerable patients at risk, necessitating emergency state intervention. What makes this pardon particularly troubling are the reports that Schwartz paid $960,000 to lobbyists Jack Burkman and Jacob Wohl to secure this federal pardon. While the White House denies any connection, this raises serious questions about the integrity of our justice system and the potential for wealthy individuals to buy their way out of accountability. This pardon is not an isolated incident. It follows a disturbing pattern of executive clemency in the long-term care sector, with Schwartz being the third high-level nursing home executive freed by President Trump. This trend sends a dangerous message that financial crimes against our elderly and most vulnerable citizens are ultimately negotiable. I urge you to take immediate action. We need a thorough investigation into the circumstances surrounding this pardon and the lobbying efforts involved. Furthermore, I implore you to propose and support legislation that would prevent such abuses of the pardon power, especially in cases involving large-scale fraud in critical sectors like healthcare. The integrity of our justice system and the protection of our most vulnerable citizens are at stake. We cannot allow a "special tier of justice" for those who can afford to pay for lobbying efforts. As David Kingsley of the Center for Health Information and Policy aptly stated, Schwartz was "the biggest nursing home crook in history." His pardon is not just an injustice to his victims, but a threat to the rule of law itself. I look forward to hearing about the concrete steps you plan to take to address this issue and prevent similar occurrences in the future. Our elderly citizens, healthcare workers, and the integrity of our justice system deserve nothing less than your immediate and decisive action.

An Open Letter While millions of Americans are about to either lose their health insurance or pay exorbitant premiums, all due to the incompetent Republicans, Trump is, as usual, delaying his health care plan, his "solution". Again. Since Trump was in office back in 2016, we are STILL waiting for his health care plan. And every time he is pressed on what his plan is, he says it's coming "in two weeks". Trump's "two weeks" is his go-to when he has no policy and he is literally making stuff up. The American people are so tired of Trump. Recognize Social Work as a Professional Degree in OBBBA Implementation I am deeply concerned about the U.S. Department of Education's proposed definition of "professional student" under the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA). This new definition, which excludes social work programs, threatens to undermine the future of social work education and the vital services social workers provide to our communities. The proposed definition requires programs to have a 4-digit Classification of Instructional Programs (CIP) code and include a path to professional licensure. However, it fails to recognize social work as a professional degree, despite the field's rigorous educational requirements and licensure processes. This oversight could have far-reaching consequences for our nation's mental health workforce and the vulnerable populations they serve. Social workers are the backbone of our mental and behavioral health services. They play a crucial role in supporting individuals and communities facing complex challenges. The Bureau of Labor Statistics projects a growing demand for social workers over the next decade, making it imperative that we maintain a robust pipeline of qualified professionals. The exclusion of social work from professional degree status, combined with the elimination of Graduate PLUS loans, could severely restrict access to graduate education in this critical field. Preliminary data suggests that this change could affect 370,000 students and result in over $8 billion in federal loans no longer being available. This represents a staggering 22% of annual federal loan disbursements. I urge you to support the recommendation made by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) and the Federation of Associations of Schools of Health Professions (FASHP) to use CIP Code 51 (Health Professions and Related Programs) in determining professional degree eligibility. This approach would rightfully include social work and other essential health-related professions. As the Department of Education finalizes these regulations, I implore you to advocate for the recognition of social work as a professional degree. Our communities depend on social workers, and we must ensure that future generations of these dedicated professionals have access to the education they need to serve our most vulnerable populations. The strength of our social safety net and the well-being of countless individuals hang in the balance.

Illegally detained by ICE - HELP reunite my daughter-in-law with her family I am writing to urgently request your assistance regarding the detention of my daughter-in-law, Katie Paul, who was taken into ICE custody during her green card interview. Protect Transgender Rights in ACA Subsidy Negotiations I am writing to express my deep concern about the potential inclusion of anti-transgender provisions in the ongoing negotiations to extend Affordable Care Act (ACA) subsidies. It has come to my attention that some Republicans are pushing for a Hyde Amendment-style provision that would prohibit federal dollars from covering gender-affirming care in ACA-subsidized plans. This proposal is not only discriminatory but also poses a significant threat to the health and well-being of transgender individuals who rely on these subsidized plans for essential care. The ACA subsidies currently benefit approximately 20 million Americans, including lower and middle-income families. Implementing restrictions on gender-affirming care would severely limit access to necessary medical treatments for transgender individuals within this group. Moreover, such a provision could potentially conflict with state laws that require coverage of gender-affirming care, creating a complex and unjust patchwork of healthcare access across the country. It is crucial to remember that gender-affirming care is recognized by major medical associations as medically necessary and life-saving for many transgender individuals. Denying access to this care through federal policy would be a step backward in our nation's progress towards equality and comprehensive healthcare for all. I urge you to stand firm against any attempts to include anti-transgender provisions in the ACA subsidy deal. The recent compromise to reopen the government did not include such measures, and it is vital that we maintain this stance in future negotiations. We must not allow the health and rights of transgender Americans to become bargaining chips in political negotiations. Please use your influence to ensure that any agreement on ACA subsidies protects the rights and healthcare access of all Americans, including our transgender community members. The integrity of our healthcare system and our commitment to equality are at stake. I ask that you publicly oppose any anti-transgender provisions and work diligently to keep such discriminatory measures out of the final ACA subsidy deal.

Single-Payer Healthcare NOW Last year on the health insurance marketplace, I was able to purchase a health plan for $350 a month, with a $40 copay for Primary Care appointments, $5 prescription co-pay, with Dental Insurance, Vision and $35 copay for Mental Health coverage. This year on the marketplace, with the intent of keeping all of the providers in 2026 that I’ve been seeing in 2025, I will have to pay $600 a month in premiums, with a $25 prescription co-pay, $100 mental health co pay, and no dental or vision coverage. I make $70,000 a year, and I simply can’t afford that. How am I supposed to get healthcare? Corporate greed taints our healthcare system, our government, and destroys quality of life for middle class people such as myself. This is so unfair, and I’m not the exception to the system, I am a representation of the majority of working class Americans who are struggling to get by off of what is supposed to be a living wage. You sit in DC and worry about your own pockets and rising the ranks of our government, while the rest of us struggle to make ends meet. It’s despicable and it needs to stop. Have you no soul? Have you no decency?

When Will It Be Enough?: America was Better Before When is enough, an enough? Why are we willingly giving up our top spot in the world in every area? Science, research, climate change, geopolitical issues, education, top universities, tourism, and being the goal country of every person in the world. We are seemingly volunteering to be the worst of the worst. Trump and his administration are destroying everything good in our country. When is enough losing an enough?
