Got a nice little chest and arm pump in this morning. As a small business owner it's really hard to take a day off and you have to be VERY intentional about trying to find balance. So with that I did my thing in the gym to get my head right and I'm gonna enjoy the day off.

-300 bars of soap in molds for inventory after the opening
