When you make a decision on how you wish to live, people you want to live with in your life & activities & beliefs you want to adhere to; your life begins to unfold in very specific ways in accordance to your choices. Until you have made a clear choice the universe can’t create your dream life.

When they are spouting racism, eugenics & misogyny it is only when their anger has forced them to say the quiet part out loud.
They love dis & misinformation.

Teatime. Wise action always looks like rebellion & revenge against the ignorant & hateful.
When we take wise action we dismantle everything that is destructive against the earth & humanity.
Those who fight to uphold ignorance & hate will assume you are against them when in fact wisdom saves them.

There are days when we all feel like we are not going to make it. When our minds are not doing well & thoughts become insanely dark. Hold your ground. Change one unhealthy habit into a healthy one. Just breathe & know that good people will help you no matter how much negativity there is good.

Teatime here in my tiny village it is hotter than the blazes. It rained a little to cool it a bit with some cloud cover but it is still giving humidity. That’s OK. I have my fan & the AC is doing its job. I love summer but just like winter it has its cut off point. 39c is definitely my cut off.

Good day to all! I want you to know I think all of you are just amazingly splendid. I am proud of the work you do to remain good kind people of amazing physical health & mental well being. You are loved by the divine & so many people want you in their life because of your goodness & empathy.

Teatime my followers! I am feeling much better now that the knee assessment appointment has happened & I am signed up for knee replacement surgery. My heart is conflicted as I don’t want titanium & medical grade plastic in my body. I would prefer to live with Taoist master to heal my knee & body.

Teatime my friends. I am off to the hospital today for my knee assessment and I am not looking forward to any of this.
I have pulled a muscle in my back while I slept.
Getting old is not for the weak or faint of heart. I will persevere. If I don’t make it I leave my 90’s CD collection to my cousin.
