Trump’s “art of the deal” is summed up (by him) as hit ‘em then squeeze ‘em. That may work sometimes in the real estate business but is no way to deal with sovereign governments and no way to lead a diverse group of people. He hasn’t the skills to be president, only a dictator of a divided nation.

Government officials are supposed to be smarter than regular folk. They need uncommon sense, advanced education, and a deep appreciation of science. Those qualities inform decisions in conflict with popular dogma. Any true democracy will always be in conflict.
