What is AI builder and what is it used for? AI Builder is a no-code tool in Microsoft Power Platform that enables users to create and implement AI models. It automates repetitive tasks such as document and image processing, sentiment analysis, and data classification. Organizations utilize it to enhance efficiency, improve accuracy, and streamline workflows without requiring technical expertise.

There are a lot of gems in the Power Platform, some are more used and known than others, today I would say is one of the most hidden ones.

Outbound segments migration tool Outbound is set to be removed from Customer Insights - Journeys by June 30, 2025. Microsoft's Segment Migration Tool facilitate moving segments from outbound to real-time marketing, allowing users to import outbound segments efficiently and address errors during the migration to ensure successful transfers.

We all know Outbound is deprecated and will be removed from Customer Insights - Journeys on June 30, 2025. Segments is something a lot of customers are struggling with moving.
