I met someone in Marigny tonight who said he called someone the N word before he started with the homophobia.
Not anyone I know, so grain of salt but the source apparently works at a restaurant in the neighborhood.
They do have a great breakfast and chatting with Ms. Annie was fun.

Macaroni Grill was pretty good. It's not there anymore.
I don't think BR is any worse than most similar-sized cities as far as chains. It's a big difference when you're used to New Orleans but what city isn't?
My husband uses a naked phone all the time. It's wild.
He also currently has a cracked screen. Just saying.
