i moved to where i only take commissions if i REALLY need to, but otherwise, i want art to be something i solely make out of the love and joy of the hobby, and not for a quick buck if possible.

friends & mutuals *may* be able to convince a comm out of me, but prices will be inconsistent.

on a more positive note: i am now a certified patient care technician, i can finally help my mom & brother take it a bit easier and hold myself up!

if you haven't noticed already, i have stopped taking commissions indefinitely for this reason! +

i am unsure on if it'll affect my art output , as that's already limited with my job (in healthcare) having me work three 12 hour shifts per week. (i am a hemodialysis technician) - most of my drawing is done on weekends...

if i don't become inactive , than great ! but ++

also, i figured i should give a bit of a life update .. for transparency. i learned yesterday night that my father has passed, and have since then have had static-like noise in my head - very conflicted internally but i am not going to be at my best for some time.

i previously used procreate on my 5th gen ipad (which means i could NOT use an apple pencil), and drew with whatever rubber stylus i could cheaply order online.

now, i will be using the EX-PEN artist 15.6 pro + clip studio paint pro ! expect art to be SLOWWww as i adjust ! 💖
