Bought To a T on the Steam sale which was made by the person who created Katamari Damacy. I'm ready for the weirdness to begin!

Which to add sucks because as someone in the tech industry who is being forced to use AI for work I HATE it. I'm currently trying to get out of my current company because of it but so many software dev companies now use AI in some capacity. No one sees the harm it can cause and it's infuriating.

With Gen AI taking over even once trusted companies to this I say: even if a few companies use it responsibly, it just sets up other companies to use it irresponsibly. Not to mention all the environmental damage and issues AI and its data centers are causing. It's not possible to use ethically.

Both versions are great though I just wish people would be nicer to Miki. He's great.

I've seen people complaining about Miki Martz taking over for Victor Borba for the live performance of une vie à peindre and honestly? I really like Miki's rendition. His voice sounds more mature and closer to how I'd imagine Renoir who is singing to Aline in that song to sound.

He wants to do regular Nier at some point too but I'm not ready to take my Kaine cosplay out of the 'needs fixing' corner I have for cosplays. Wearing Kaine to cons is a pain because that costume (for understandable reasons) doesn't like cooperating. 😭 Oddly enough, the leg bands are the worst part.

I may or may not be forcing my boyfriend to do a formal cosplay version of brother Nier to go with my Kaine for the formal dance at Anime LA in a month. Here's hoping it works out. Mwahaha.

Also by force it's more like 'here's a wig, wear it with a suit' and not actually against his will.

I think one of my biggest regrets is downsizing on a lot of my old games and anime boxsets. I didn't really understand the value of having physical media back then like I do now.

I did at least keep some of my favorites like Shadow Hearts and Katamari but stilll.

Starting my Christmas shopping, which I typically do a lot online, and I'm finding it difficult to sift through some of the clearly AI listing on certain sites. I don't recall it being this bad last year. What happened?

That being said yes glazing can also be annoying but in this world I think it's especially fine to over glaze and enjoy things. Getting joy out of anything you can is very important right now.

Like I've been seeing this a ton with Expedition 33 where people are just going out of their way in fan groups to completely dunk on E33 just to make fans mad and it's like why? Again, it's okay to not like it, but why go out of your way to be an ass?

I kind of hate how anytime something gets obscenely popular there are just as many people crawling out of the woodwork to stomp on something people are enjoying. It's okay to NOT like something. It is NOT okay to go out of your way to spread your dislike of things just to get a rise out of others.
