For the record, I tried to get my son to be named Artemis but that was not supported by my wife. Still hoping that our next will have a chance. Love that name.

If you want to see #Minecraft in a movie, this isn't it. This is a movie based on Minecraft and not the game in a film. There are inaccuracies to the game but it doesn't try or want to be that. This is a live action film that is based around the game. Buy in to that, you'll love it. (4/5)

The storyline was fine once we got to the overworld. It felt rushed to get all protagonists there and was little in character development. I mean, it's a film about a block game so whatever, right?

Jack Black is funny but I think the #Steve character was misguided but not in an intentional way. 3/4

Firstly, the #Technoblade tribute was brilliant. It caught me off guard and was genuinely a wonderful moment. It was given chance to breathe and in that moment I had a tonne of emotions and my mind turned to @mrtechnodad.bsky.social

Off to #AMinecraftMovie tonight. Very excited and nervous too. Will it be good? Will it bad? Will it be Java? Will it be Bedrock? Will it have the Farlands? All I know is that the #Technoblade tribute will be something I'll be looking for eagerly. #OneOfUs
