Anyway, on this International Women’s Day, thinking of the millions of women and girls in Iran, Lebanon, and Palestine enduring bombardment, displacement, and the destruction of schools, hospitals, and homes. Their lives, safety, and futures deserve the same urgency and solidarity as any others.

Tuition is fully bonkers, too, especially now. It’s college twice in a row at full rate.

…and programs to bring in kids from minority/underserved communities but … we all knew what the general populace was about. Especially in the context of his family, casting Platner as working class is absurd.

Yeah it’s definitely about a certain type of thinking, producing/catering to a certain type of student, and created a desired result (college). This is not about my school but these schools at large. I did not grow up wealthy by any means and there were other kids like me there (day students mostly)

Oh good yes yes been seeing more about that piece of work. I went to a prep school in that conference and, while it was a good experience for me, it 100% is what you said and then some, especially for generational families.
