Amy was at a lab and accidentally knocked one of the potion bottles down to the floor which caused her feet to expand and another one fell on her head which turned her into a giant hedgehog with big feet. She wasn't too worried about it, she was actually enjoying it being a giant and goes on a rampage by crushing every building with her enormous stompers~

Girlfriend was offered a hot dog drizzled with a sauce made from the Full Incense by a mysterious figure as she ate it, she can feel herself in a daze~ Her lower half started to swell and her belly button went from an innie to an outie, with a satisfying POP!~ Her eyes glow into a hot pink as she is hypnotized waddling around the region for more and more hot dogs to consume her hunger~ Her pokeballs were also stuffed inside of her protruding outie to make it look enormous. Girlfriend left the area as she is waddling around in the forest looking for the same hot dogs to eat, and eat, and eat~

Tari was walking around in the showgrounds until she didn't see a P-Balloon floating down below her as she stepped on it which causes her feet to inflate and puff up as they burst out of her sandals and socks. Saiko and Meggy see Tari floating away with her feet still inflating and swelling as she could do nothing but watch her feet swelling and floating~ (Don't worry, I'm sure her feet will deflate, just give it some time~)
