While the Constitution says only Congress can declare war, it says nothing about conducting a war without declaring it. It's hard to see how Trump's war on Iran could be considered unconstitutional.

It Does Not Work That Way

Commands around the world, including U.S. Central Command in the Middle East, use Anthropic’s Claude AI tool, people familiar with the matter confirmed.
