Happy St Stephen’s Day to our colleagues, partners and friends in Hungary! Today, we honour the founding of a nation and its enduring spirit. Since 2017, we’ve been proud to have our Gyöngyöshalász plant be part of that story.

Being developed under a long-term agreement with UTAC, a globally recognised automotive testing and certification group, the facility will feature exclusive, tailor-made infrastructure and dedicated test tracks, purpose-built for winter and all-season tyre testing in real-world conditions.

If a tyre can survive the Arctic Circle, it can handle winter anywhere.

We’re proving it by opening a new dedicated tyre testing facility in Ivalo, Finland. We’re going to push our tyres beyond their limits to exceed every standard for winter performance.

We recently hosted a blood donation drive at our Global R&D Centre in Chennai and Limda Plant in Vadodara.

225 units were collected, each unit with the potential to save up to three lives. Thank you to everyone who donated. These moments truly reflect compassion, culture, and community.

Recently, we welcomed local vocational students to our Global R&D Centre in Enschede, The Netherlands as part of Bliksemstage — a JINC initiative that gives young people a first look at real-world careers in science and tech. I hope it sparked a belief that these spaces can belong to them too.

At Apollo Tyres, we believe in lasting partnerships. In the Netherlands, our 75 Apollo Ambassadors do more than sell tyres — they support fleets and live our brand on the road.

We brought them together in Lisbon as a thank you for their contribution and for sharing our future plans.
