Shameless self plug :) we (@gregkronberg.bsky.social, @narcatms.bsky.social et al) recently showed: when inpatients with heroin use disorder watch Trainspotting during fmri, the OFC is synchronized to drug scenes, which decreases after ~15 weeks of treatment as a function of a reduction in craving
