csm rewatch really made me drown in despair man

writing about the stuff i watched here is so good for me, almost started losing my vocab

and for me it worked. i like anakin, his parts, the race, the departure, his relationship with his mother and master and the final saber fight in the end. felt like a relaxed breath

like i get how everyone expected a lot after the original trilogy and this dont even touch its boots but once u start taking this as additional material to boost the same og films then it certainly feels better and moving. it's supposed to be taken exactly like that imo

star wars 1 was kind of a big nothingburger and felt like a filler with some cannon elements included only for the set up but weirdly enough i did not hate it. it was really okay

whole lot of scenes that just feel like yeah this means something to me man...

lovesong was really heartfelt. quiet and natural, nothing over the top, just something that gently sinks in with its calm and serenity.

not excited for the remaining 6 films now ngl. i think the brilliance here would be unmatched bar the technical improvements which could maybe work(?) but i am not really sure

even a better saber fight scene, and just as good portrayal of ideologies. thoroughly enjoyed this trilogy man

and now, we are done with return of the jedi too. proper closure and a perfect full circle for our cast

sets things up perfectly for what’s next and shows Luke's progression. everything that worked in the first one feels even better here. it’s more mature, more confident, and still full of that wonder that makes Star Wars what it is. an all-time classic, with the saber fight scene

star wars 5 what a leng sequel..

looks so good that it can easily pass as a early 2000s film until the 1970 effects kick in. and yk what? thats where the charm is for how epic it is

not much to say about star wars 4. it was ahead of its time in every sense. the championship of sci fi

this sounds very bland cuz i am not really into the fantasy genre and Lotr despite all its excellency does not change that. could be an exception

i always knew the black goat was baphomet or some shit but the witch shown in the forest not making any appearance later in any way was kinda meh.

watched The Witch, weirdly liked it considering how this was the first time i felt scared while watching a horror movie entire oct. the 1600s english with the satanic lore just clicked

finished LOTR3, tragic and grand as well as beautiful. really good character work too and just as much on the cinematography. very moved

encapsulates journey like nothing else

i dont think its some out of the box type brilliancy but considering that it's an adaption and stood the test of time for like 20+ yrs, it does feel like one.

big fan of the pacing so far, not a single scene that felt dragged or like just for the sake of being 3hrs type

LoTr 2 was just as good. also had THAT ost, i literally felt like being in heaven

i really miss like 3-4 yrs back when i had enough ppl around to actually feel the celebrations. now anything and everything feels worthless

maybe some ppl really dont deserve any happiness
