Buenos Días and Good Morning from a very fresh and autumnal morning here in our quiet little corner of the Sierra Sur de Jaén of Andalucía in Spain 🧡💛 Where, after some rain and cooler temperatures overnight, the sun is really trying to pop out from between various clouds in a mainly blue sky 💙💚

Wandering around the vineyard and seeing a few gloriously colourful vine leaves capturing the setting sun's rays on to them from behind 🍂🍃
Highlighting the beautiful hues and vast vein network within each leaf, with still more green vine leaves left to change into their autumn colours 🍃🍂

It has turned out quite nice this now, after a cooler and overcast day, only changing to virtually clear blue skies in the mid to late afternoon, here in our quiet little corner of the Sierra Sur de Jaén of Andalucía in Spain 🧡💙

The purple grapes (for red juice or red wine) are really coming along tremendously now, on the vine that has now totally taken over the fig tree on the side of our front terrace and will soon be ready for harvesting 🍇

Every time I pick up my copy of "Jekka's Complete Herb Book" by Jekka McVicar, I become totally absorbed in it, as I reacquaint myself with many of the varied herbs that are featured 🌿 This book was a great favourite of my parents, which they used for both culinary and medicinal purposes 🌿
