Extremely sorry for the delay, I should be able to get back to translating soon. Princess Tamayori's prologue is really short, but there's the matter of how to divide the actual chapters still pending so I may hold back on publishing it until I have a bit of chapter 1 translated as well.

Just a short announcement: my IRL emergency has finally calmed down, but I'm absolutely Exhausted so it may still take me a short while before I can dedicate myself to translate again. I ask everyone for a bit more of patience before I can work in Princess Tamayori.

At someone's request, I translated (and touched up) the official synopsis for Princess Tamayori as an appetizer while I solve my RL issues. Some of the promised fanbook translation should come out soon too! Also, you can read Those Who Yearn in the meantime.

My bad, I misunderstood. It shouldn't take long so sure! I'll do it when I get the time.

Do you mean the eleventh novel? If that's the case, it won't make any sense without all the setup leading up to it. That's just spoiling entire novels worth of development.

That aside, for the next month I'll be having some RL issues that won't allow me to spend the usual amount of time translating. I'll be most likely covering either material from the fanbook or scenes from the first three books.

There has been a change in the title translation due to a variety of reasons, but it's the same short story as promised.

Describing it without spoilers is hard, as you may expect, but if I had to define Princess Tamayori in any way, it would be Extremely Shinto. It actually surprised me, as Yatagarasu up to that point has more outright Buddhist elements due to Yamauchi being based on Heian era Japan.

There's only the last part of Chapter 4 remaining for Raven of the Empty Coffin. Plus I'll be translating the On Never Bending short story (which takes place during Yukiya and co's Sapling year) before moving on to the fifth novel, Princess Tamayori.

Thank you! I'm glad you're enjoying it.
It was quite the tricky yet fun part to translate. Keeping it flowing in english properly while keeping the sheer distress of the situation intact took some trial and error.

They're mentioned in the first novel in passing. This excerpt was when we were first given a few more details about the relationship with them. That said, they will have a bigger part in later books.

I forgot to say thanks as the translator! I know I'm far from a professional, but it's my hope to make it easy to read in english, flowing as naturally as possible. Japanese is so different in narrative that localization plays a huge part ( possibly why so many fantranslations come out like they do)

I would like to get back and translate the first three in the future, but l would rather focus atm on what's currently unavailable in any form.

Alas, there's no translation out there of Golden Raven. Despite its flaws, the anime adaptation is more than good enough to follow the plot (and I've translated the most plot-critical scenes that were cut-off), so I decided to go directly for the fourth novel.
