On this day, October 7th 1994, RTD reintroduced Denver to rail transit, with trains running between 30th & Downing and I-25 & Broadway (now part of the D and L Lines).
This was just the beginning, and the story for rail is far from over!
Urge the #RTDBoard to vote NO on Paratransit Cuts next meeting (9/30).
Reject outright this shameful targeted fare increase, w/ #RTDMgmt singling out riders w/ disabilities for cuts while NOT giving the Board the info needed to fix the broken Access-a-Ride service.
