🥗 Study 2 (35,471 transactions over 19 weeks): Animal- and environment-focused prompts boosted veggie dish orders, but only health-risk messages actually drove down meat consumption.

🌱 Study 1 (N=1,000 across 25 provinces): Health and animal-welfare messages best predicted people’s willingness to try a plant-based diet.
