Oh my goodness, I just checked in here and realise I haven't been here in 3 months approximately! It's been a rather interesting 3 months I must say...lots of good but also lots of bad! I'm not sure how active I want to be on here but hi!

I watched the 'Eulogy' episode of #BlackMirror yesterday and it was one of my favourite episodes to date. Paul Giamatti is just a wonderful actor and it was nearly all done as a 2 header! I nearly teared up!

The triathlon is feeling a bit more possible!

Things are OK today thank you John! I was really pleased that I did a 5km walk/jog.

I'm feeling a bit better today! I've been being kind to myself this week and not slipping into too many bad habits. I'm feeling on top of my fitness and glad that I'm getting up early to do that so I don't just lay in bed. Trying to focus and get through this grief and today is a better day

I've lost half a stone since March, this has been intentional but circumstances have accelerated this. Making sure I'm careful though.

Thanks for checking in John, I'm not sure I feel any better, I'm accepting that this feeling will pass soon and I have to grieve and deal with all that I have and that's OK but for now I'm still struggling but off to an exercise class tonight again

Hi Bluesky, I barely check in now and I miss it. I'm struggling (I know I've said this before) I'm finding coping strategies, some good, and some I need to keep in check (gyming a bit too much maybe). All about finding distractions.

That was wonderful to see Banton being congratulated by the Worcestershire team. I'm sure it's a sense of relief but lovely! 🏏

I like the batting shirt. I'm not keen on the bowling. It will be interesting to see the other kits as they have made it look alot like the vitality logo in my opinion

I also love that my birthday is on World Theatre Day. It feels appropriate!

I'm at the point in my life where I've taken my birthday off of social media so I now get more messages from companies wishing me a happy birthday than real people! 😂

It's my birthday this week and after I didn't celebrate it all really last year (other than two of my nearest and dearest buying me a Chinese) this year I'm being taken to Alton Towers and the zoo and feeling quite spoilt and loved

I couldn't do anything and that I had to resign myself to a life where my body was just going to shut down but I'm not going to be that guy anymore. I'll be self aware but also determined!

I did an exercise class tonight, now I've done hot yoga so it wasn't technically my first class but first more intense class. I need to remind myself that I'm still disabled though so it doesn't come as a surprise when my body can't do something it can't do. But I spent a long time feeling

I have had a terrible couple of days and just been really overwhelmed and dealing with shit and I've taken myself out for a coffee and my friend just sent me a supportive text that had made me well up a bit which is slightly embarrassing.

I've realised I'm completely neglecting Bluesky again. I've had a very busy few days and I've not even logged in to see how everyone is? The world is crazy, my life is crazy, looking forward to stability!
