RFK Jr.’s food dye panic is fear over science. Studies show dyes don’t harm kids’ health. The real threats to children are clear: suicide, homicide, cancer, congenital anomalies, and unintentional injury. If we truly care about kids, let’s focus on what's actually causing them the most harm.

In the summer of 1998 I met a girl, Catherine. Today, August 12, 2025 we celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary.

Friday night we saw one of her favorite bands, the Lumineers. They were also celebrating 20 years of collaboration.
