Being kind to yourself matters, independent of what year it is.
Small steps you can take this week to build healthy assertiveness.
* Say no to a favor you canβt commit to. No need to over explain.
* POLITELY request your coffee order to be corrected. Donβt be an ass about it.
* share your opinion in a work meeting.

Reminding yourself of your capabilities and how your downfalls do not define you is KEY.
