Language matters...I am so fucking sick of NPR...I was just listening to the news at the top of the hour and the announcer said "Special Prosecutor Jack Smith is abandoning his prosecution of Donald Trump for the January 6th case and the classified documents case..."
He is not "Abandoning" the case.
