If you’re experiencing problems with your emails reaching Gmail inboxes, double-check whether your domain is verified in postmaster.google.com I found out that a lot of small and medium brands who send emails haven’t heard about it. I’s really simple!

Why they need these to be setup and what benefits they get from it. So it is a logic step from Microsoft, but as usual with a big delay. So no more bombarding inboxes with high bounce rate or to inactive contacts!

New Microsoft sender requirements are starting May 5th. For the email and CRM industry it has a dramatic change. Yahoo.com and Gmail.com implemented these rules a year ago, and a lot of senders still having issues with understanding how these DNS records work ⬇️

Microsoft just announced a new deliverability rules for high-volume senders (sending over 5,000 emails per day).
If you send to outlook.com, hotmail.com, live.com, you need comply with:
🔹SPF, DKIM and Dmarc records.
🔹Valid “from” address
🔹Low bounce rate, clean email list
