I've poured everything I have into my work to make sure its high quality. He fired back "But there's no way I can do both director of pharmacy work AND the regular work as well". I told him he'll have to make it work because either I'm getting the time off or I'm quitting.

First off, thank you guys. I'm struggling to cope but I know it's not as bad for me. I talked to my boss when he got to work and he asked "So how can we make this work since we're short staffed". I told him I've been basically doing this alone since the last RPh left in Feb.

I just told my boss, and he replied that he's not sure he can give me time off since we're already short staffed. Fuck this life. What the fuck.

My mom has ovarian cancer. She was diagnosed 2.5 years ago. She tried radiation and chemotherapy. We thought we had it beat. We did not. My dad called last week, or maybe it was two weeks. Time bleeds together. They tried everything. Today she is going on hospice.

For me, I'm usually looking for half or full body artwork with a detailed background that's self directed / personalized rather than YCH. Seasonal busts are also something I've seen the fandom swarm to. I know that the full body art with background can be a budget breaker.
