the Batman 2004 is pretty fucking good. the fights are insane and i love the focus on bruces life too. i love the bat suit design a lot and theres actually a very compelling overarching plot. sometimes i dont like the artstyle for some people but its mostly really good

im on s3 of harley quinn and am enjoying it. it has its moments good and bad, and not every joke lands but overall its a good show. but ive noticed people take it soooooo seriously when its clearly the most unsserious shit ever. is that just how batman fans are? its like they have zero whimsy lol

i know im like the 1 williamth person to make this observation but it drives me crazy the amount of beginner crochet tutorials where the person demonstrating does it unbelievably fast, obscures the stitches, or just assumes you know things that a beginner would not know lol

john and hawkgirl r sooooo cute..... and i really really like john. i'll admit i went in expecting him to just be the hardass, rule abiding type which im not huge on. but he has soooooo much going on. he's really fantastic. and i love when he walks around in civilian clothes looking like Blade LOL

somewhat related but im on season 2 of JL and its definitely a good show but it hasnt really grabbed me yet. i just dont really love the whole extended universe thing. it kinda had proven to me that i kind of just like batman and not really superheroes as a whole.

its fine if batman is mean and grumpy and stoic and an asshole bc it has to be balanced by him being compassionate and empathetic and gentle and understanding. but most batman depictions are just the first half and no the second. i hate it!!!! BTAS bats had the fucking sauce!!!

honestly justice leagues bruce design is a perfect mix of btas and btna. the dark eyes are a lot nicer imo, though i dont necessarily hate the blue either. its just a good mix
