I am not an expert on English politics (although I did do some advising decades ago), what I am is an expert on political ads, having written many.

This is a fantastic political ad.

Imagine if the Massachusetts state government actually used the powers it has to make actual laws to respond to that!

Casual reminder that a bill must pass *both* the House and the Senate (and get signed by POTUS) to become law.

The DHS / ICE appropriations bill passed the House.

It still needs to pass the Senate with 60 votes.

That vote will be *NEXT WEEK*
