The Naval officers Trump spent our taxpayer money deploying to Chicago never got used. As I left O'Hare on September 13th at 7am, I saw hundreds of our Navy service members in their whites sleeping on the airport floor. What a waste of our money, their time, and their service. A total embarrassment.

I lived 51 years without EVER seeing the military in an American city, and all was well. Now I've seen them deployed in two cities in one month: Chicago, and our capital, Washington DC.

Both times, they were deployed next to a river where I was buying ice cream. You know, high danger zones. SMH.

I'm a dual citizen, US/UK, and my British hometown is Bristol. It amazes me that such a large city has never managed to have a good team. Both Bristol City and Bristol Rovers have always been awful.

I think this is common ground for #Phillies and #Mets fans. I've mentioned my cousin a few times, but he's the closest thing I have to a brother. This has always been the common ground we find. Although I was *really* jealous in 1986 at age 12 (he's a Giants fan, too).

On the other hand, we outscored the Dodgers in our series, and every game was competitive. How'd it go last year? I seem to remember 9-0, 8-0, 10-2, and 10-5. We outscored the highest payroll ever, and they also got a big umpire assist on Call's walk, which led to their run.
