I think there's a justifable case for FB in that it's been around a lot longer and a lot of institutions still use it for infrastructure. One example is i know our city officials it mainly to diseminate information about things going on in mucipal gov/events.

that I lived in Texas. This lady asked me to show her a bill in my name… then she asked me for my passport. I was like “Ma’am… I’m fully aware that it doesn’t take all of this for me to vote”. She then all of a sudden found my voter registration in her system.

I voted today but it was the strangest experience… went to my normal place to vote and was told I now have to vote at another location. Cool. Went to that location and they “couldn’t find me”. I pulled up my voter registration online and then they asked for my drivers license….then further proof
