Understand that this is about scheme fit for the #Jets and #Titans, although Sweat is younger and cheaper than Johnson. It's the second time Mougey and Borgonzi have gotten together for a trade. The first one worked out well for the NYJ, when they acquired Jarvis Brownlee Jr.

Any #Jets / #Titans trade is for me, and Brad Hopkins. The NYJ fill a need on the interior D-Line, and they'll 100% address Edge in the draft, free agency, or both. Tennessee gets a guy Robert Saleh is familiar with, and now more than a year removed from his Achilles injury.

Yup. I know Dane, and have seen some of the same things. I can remember Derwin James draft process, Eric Berry, and even Sean Taylor. Not sure I’d be putting him above those guys.

I wouldn't describe him as the best safety I've ever seen heading into the draft process, but he's a complete player, and comes with fewer questions than just about every other prospect.

Zero consistency in NBA officiating.

I never considered him an upgrade from Thibs.

I thought Mike Brown’s offense would have much more movement than it actually does. Outside of a ton more 3’s, in the half court it’s a lot of standing and watching Brunson or KAT. I’ve seen that movie before.

He looks a step slow since the all-star game.

I’m not gaining more confidence watching Mike Brown’s team this season. They look stagnant, sluggish, and are over reliant on shooting 3’s. What transpires in the playoffs will provide the verdict, but I’m not impressed. #Knicks

Definitely some sloppy passing, and ball handling.

Down 6 at halftime isn’t awful, but the defense is going to have to be better. Allowing too much drive and dish, leading to easy looks. #Knicks

Correct. That means he needs to do everything else extremely well to have a role, and I haven’t seen it in his short time with the team.
