The Peacekeepers Lycans have jutting jaws and their canines turn outward when the jaw is relaxed but rotate to straight out when jut out or turned.

This means that when a Lycan does shift forms, there's less moving around for the teeth.

Some States, especially in the South, have old laws that prohibit covering your face, originally to curb white hoods getting worn by certain losers. But, cops do pull those back up today.
