Every state needs legislation to protect consumers from having to foot the bill for data centers.

I get they’re trying to find the “perfect victims”, e.g. citizens, to sympathize with, but non-citizens matter too. They’re human beings. People who overstayed their visas are still people. People who came here “illegally” are still people.
