Just learned from Cees Dekker's post that he is being honored with the 2026 Biochemical Society Award for Significant Breakthrough or Achievement! Very happy for him and BIG CONGRATULATIONS! :-) He continually inspires the nanopore community with the amazing achievements from his team at Delft.

This is really fantastic and, of course, so much deserved! :-) Very happy for you Cees, and let me just say: Hartelijk Gefeliciteerd!
