I would not call this a walkback at all, more like they are mansplaining to us that we are overreacting and what they want to do isnt that bad - still keep up the heat tho.

I had to buy Adobe products for class and I guess the cancelation process is still an open wound. Making the process of canceling a subscription hard to do shouldn't be a thing companies and corporations are allowed to do and we equally as a society shouldn't tolerate it imo

Unironically this is something about modern day society that....it just pisses me off that people aren't mad about.

Call me entitled but I feel like if I cancel something it shouldn't need that companies approval, it should be instantaneously done.
