I read the title twice.
Thought about the importance of a title and how it should clearly indicate the content.
Thought “this sounds like bad science fiction for those who’ve never known the loving touch of another person”.
Then, I just thought.

If I’m looking at the right “report” the title is as unserious as could be. I wouldn’t want to give it further oxygen but I snort laughed and didn’t bother to open it.
