This magic service is Napkin AI (www.napkin.ai). I will use it for my slides and even blog posts.
So, I wanted to share my findings with you. I hope this service will make your slides better like mine π
π‘ Last week, I found a service that works like magic. Imagine that you can provide a portion of your information, and it generates stunning visuals from the text! π

#speaking
I give talks at conferences or webinars from time to time and share my knowledge at work. So I need to make slides.
πͺ Google Slides is the default option for a quick slide deck. It's fast and has enough functionality for me. π
πΆοΈ Same goes with test reports and results. Your main goal as a test engineer is to provide feedback about status and risk at this moment of time. The faster your manager can get through the text - the faster he or she can make valuable decisions.
Write less to communicate more.
β Think first how to make message more consice - so it can be quickly read and understood.
π¨ Sometimes a diagram worth a hundred of words. Make a scheme of the process or your infastructure. Explain it with words later. (It will also help you to understand better while drawing). π
π€ Stop writing too much ... in your messages
We are writing and communicating a lot at work. From messages in Slack or MS Teams to documents, EDRs, reports, etc. Latter can't be small. But messages - should be.
Here are few tips that help me to get better at writing shorter messages: π
When you start your career in testing - it can be hard to understand where to grow.
So I wanted to share my thoughts on career opportunities available for QA engineers at Ministry of Testing and I wrote an article.
