I just learned that California passed a law that more or less requires age verification on the operating system level including Linux. I am so angry. These politicians are looking at age verification like it's a valid thing to have at all in the first place and it's sickening.

Twitch is requiring new Affiliates, before their first payment, to give government photo ID and a separate photo to Persona, the same Persona that has connections to government mass surveillance programs. a late 90s pc tower, crt monitor, set of speakers and a mouse, all light grey or cream and black joystick with a big base (looks like a joystick you would use for flight sims). the crt monitor show a screaming mouth (this sortof imagery was believed to have attracted the hardscore gamers back in the 90s). the pc tower has two disk drives and a dvd drive as promised.
