the other day i got a bone screening done and my bone mass is apparently decreased. the nutritionist told me that i need to exercise more and lose weight (despite having a normal BMI) since it might reduce all the body pains i’ve been feeling 🥹

so far only 2 days of consults this december but my census has already reached the 70s… that’s more than 30 patients per day….

i feel so irritable today because my mom woke me up twice last night for something that could wait the next day

going back to work tomorrow after an extra long weekend. already dreading the number of patients i’ll have

i hate going to the mall during the holiday seasons mostly because there’s too many people

next time someone asks my height i will round up and say 158cm

back here again because of this. even completely harmless twts just showing love to someone i like is irritating me for some reason
