In the program, you upload the sprite sheet and then click a little roll of film looking button to set up the layout and FPS - it also includes a link to a site where you can upload the individual frames and *make* the sprite sheet. There are video tutorials but feel free to ask for help 💖

unfortunately, you'd have to convert them (gifs) into sprite sheets first. There are sites that help (sites that can split a gif into a spritesheet) at least. the program is a blast so hopefully that doesn't turn you away! currently making a spritesheet for some ghostly fading eyes rn ;a;
