A reminder that the New England Patriots plane is flown by Omni air who contracts with ICE to fly people in chains to Africa and Asia several times per week.

Go Seahawks.

It’s getting so the only safe place to be is in the Epstein Files. 🔄

News Team,
Thank you for the notes and texts. I apologize for not reaching out earlier.
I learned on Saturday that Bari Weiss spiked our story, INSIDE CECOT, which was supposed to air tonight. We (Ori and I) asked for a call to discuss her decision. She did not afford us that courtesy/opportunity.
Our story was screened five times and cleared by both CBS attorneys and Standards and Practices. It is factually correct. In my view, pulling it now-after every rigorous internal check has been met is not an editorial decision, it is a political one.
We requested responses to questions and/or interviews with DHS, the White House, and the State Department. Government silence is a statement, not a VETO. Their refusal to be interviewed is a tactical maneuver designed
to kill the story.

Their refusal to be interviewed is a tactical maneuver designed to kill the story. If the administration's refusal to participate becomes a valid reason to spike a story, we

have effectively handed them a "kill switch" for any reporting they find inconvenient.
If the standard for airing a story becomes
"the government must agree to be
interviewed," then the government effectively gains control over the 60 Minutes broadcast.
We go from an investigative powerhouse to a stenographer for the state.
These men risked their lives to speak with us.
We have a moral and professional obligation to the sources who entrusted us with their
stories. Abandoning them now is a betrayal of the most basic tenet of journalism: giving voice to the voiceless.
CBS spiked the Jeffrey Wigand interview due to legal concerns, nearly destroying the credibility of this broadcast. It took years to recover from that "low point." By pulling this story to shield an administration, we are repeating that history, but for political optics rather than legal ones.

We have been promoting this story on social media for days. Our viewers are expecting it.
When it fails to air without a credible
explanation, the public will correctly identify this as corporate censorship. We are trading 50 years of "Gold Standard" reputation for a single week of political quiet.
I care too much about this broadcast to watch
it be dismantled without a fight.

We need to recognize this isn’t a Trump issue only, this is every Republican in Congress allowing this. It’s not a Donald Trump problem, it’s the Republican Party!

It's been nearly a month and they still haven't released the Epstein files because withholding exculpatory evidence is clearly what you do when you're "innocent."

Trump Sued Me. I Fought and Won. Read more here.

Donald Trump hates me, and the feeling is mutual.

I believe he is a criminal and an authoritarian who is trying to destroy our democracy and the rule of law. I spend a considerable amount of my time fighting against him and his enablers in court and in public discourse.

It says a lot about our country that the FBI had no interest in interviewing Brett Kavanaugh but wants to talk to Mark Kelly.

In 2022, Donald Trump sued me and others associated with the Clinton campaign for RICO. We did not cave. We fought. First, we won in a Florida trial court. Today, we won in the 11th Circuit.

To the law firms, media corps and billionaires who bow down: Learn a lesson. Have some dignity and fight.

Himes: "This shows Steve Witkoff almost literally sitting side with the Russians on this ... it's unimaginable to consider the fact that you would propose a peace deal that the Ukrainians didn't even know about."

There is a reason why Witkoff did not want any officials with the State Dept or anyone else present during his many meetings w/Putin - he didn’t want witnesses to his treasonous behavior. Highly unusual, but makes perfect sense when you consider that he only cared about Russia.

The EPA will approve two new pesticides containing “forever chemicals” and relax a reporting rule for companies who make products with forever chemicals.

The moves come after a $60 million lobbying blitz from the forever chemical industry.

Where is the MAHA outcry?

Mike Johnson is big mad that we forced through a petition and forced a vote on releasing the Epstein files.

So let’s do it again. This time to restore the ACA credits he stole from us:
