I might be wrong, but I get the impression younger generations are much more appreciative of older games. The whole "this game sucks because of bad graphics and slightly clunky controls" seems like more of a millennial thing, as far as I can tell anyway.

you are entirely right... i notice a very distinct lack of frequent impactful bluesky updates. maybe it's just a smaller team ... but there has to be a better approach to this all, it just isn't really being taken, as far as i've seen.

I drew this earlier today, on a grocery list I had made... yeah, it's guess Sonic is a comfort character or whatever

i want to become a very softcore sonic adventure 2 speedrunner someday. i will never enter myself into leaderboard rankings or such, but, learning how to do all of the skips for every level is something i love to practice, even casually. i have been learning new tricks almost every time i play now.

i didn't even know gamestop had a "retro" thing going on in some stores. luckily, the one closest to us seems to be doing the event! we have got to go check it out sometime soon... but, i would like to have money for it. i hope this isn't a very limited thing.
