Today's sake.
Ubusuna, a new brand created only 2 years ago, became famous soon after its production.
Freshness, a complex acidity, a great pear-like aroma, and fine bubbles caused by fermentation in the bottle are the uniqueness of this sake.
I took this photo when I visited the brewery last week.
