I understand that, that's what I do sometimes as well, I don't really have a good recommendation for you to do other than know that I am always here to help if I can

You can always talk to friends about your problems, listen to music, play a game or do something you enjoy to help make you feel better, it's what I do when I'm depressed or hate myself

I am not sure but you shouldn't let that dictate your life, you just gotta stay strong

I know how you feel, I get like that too but with other things so your not alone
