I knew before I read the last word of the description that this was from MN. I grew up with guys named Trigve and Thor. Sven is actually pretty tame.

I have an enlarged ascending thoracic aorta. Some day in the future, it might (hopefully not) cause a tear or a dissection of my aorta. That would suck, but they can monitor me for symptoms.

So, yay! More stuff that isn't great, but currently not the end of the world.

I'm glad I insisted on more after the chest Xray of my lung infection showed nebulous "scarring." I had a CT on Monday night and it just came back, pointing to continued probable infection. So another round of antibiotics.

And it caught something else.

My roommate tells me that the earthquake that had its epicenter 2.5 miles from my house sounded like a huge crack. I just hope it wasn't my house and it was the earth 'cause I can't afford to fix that.

It was only a 3.6 and lasted for just a moment. Nothing has fallen down.

I need to understand what Vico means to my brain. I have now had 2 dreams about them in the past 2 weeks. This one this morning was literally as I was oversleeping. I went to the smallest Comicon ever and they were there as the only OFMD crew.

I did all the adulting today:
Talked about coping with vicarious trauma with my supervision group.
Made myself get out of bed and actually work today when I didn't want to.
Made myself go to my CT scan appointment.
Put medicated ointment in my kitty's eye

No kids on Halloween, but that just means more goodies for me.
Jackson got some meds for his eye.
I have been spending a lot of money.

Most went for $2, but some went higher and one item sold for $14.
After fees, I made about $150.

This is going to pay for a much needed vet visit for Jackson.

OMG! I just had the best Whatnot show!

I've only been doing this for a bit, so my shows aren't always well attended, but I decided to go for a brooch show today. The most I've sold in the past was about 28 items, and the highest purchase was about $5. Today I sold over 60 items at $2 starts.

They are playing close enough for me to go on Nov 22nd, but the tickets start at $116. Holy shit! That's my grocery bill for a week.

Jackson has started peeing and pooping everywhere. And, he is hiding under his foot stool. I am scared that he is getting closer to the end.
Also I'm having pulmonary testing, a CT scan - and I have arthritis in the joint at the base of both my thumbs.
Also ICE is in the East Bay. This all sucks!

Yes, and there is the added measure of the violence in the drug trade. I actually would be less worried about them getting arrested, than them getting caught by the other gang members.
