I forgot to make some green stuff robes to partially go over the stomach plate, and as a result there's too much red on the mini compared to the game art

I initially primed with a grey, but after a few coats the red plastic and green stuff was still visible in a few places, so I went back to my usual chaos black primer for better coverage, then did grey over that, and then sprayed a white from above
It cost $0.00 to support a mech artist

06.02.2026 15:41 โ ๐ 31 ๐ 7 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0One important thing about kitbashing and converting minis is how recognisable their parts are
You want some parts to be recognisable, for proxying units and army design coherence, but less recognisable parts makes a build look like something more unique and original
